A bespoke integration platform bridging enterprise ERP systems with Xero accounting — eliminating manual data entry, reconciliation bottlenecks, and human error. Built with event-driven architecture and real-time sync, it transformed a fragmented financial workflow into a fully automated pipeline, saving teams 20+ hours per week across invoicing, procurement, and reporting.
The Challenge
A growing business running four enterprise systems — ERP, purchasing, sales, and Xero accounting — was drowning in manual data entry. Invoices had to be re-keyed three times. Reconciliation took two staff members two days a week. Every month-end was a crisis. The business needed a custom integration layer that could survive the complexity of their vendor-specific ERP without a full system replacement.
