About the Project
Alhayat connects retailers across the UAE with fresh agricultural products through a sophisticated B2B distribution platform. We built a comprehensive digital ecosystem featuring an analytics-rich retailer dashboard, real-time inventory management, intelligent order tracking, and integrated financial management — enabling Alhayat to streamline operations from Dubai to Abu Dhabi while maintaining a 94% on-time delivery rate and serving 50+ active retail partners across the Emirates.
The Challenge
Alhayat was distributing fresh produce across 50+ UAE retailers using phone calls, PDFs, and WhatsApp for orders. Delivery tracking was non-existent. Credit management was a ledger book. Seasonal demand spikes caused stock-outs while slow-moving products sat in cold storage. They needed a digital platform that warehouse staff, drivers, and retail managers would actually use — not a system built for enterprise that would be abandoned in a month.
