About the project

LetHub is a New Zealand proptech platform that property-management agencies use to run their entire rent roll. Legacy tools were clunky, compliance was manual, and trust accounting lived in a separate system nobody trusted. We built a multi-tenant SaaS platform covering the full lifecycle: listings and applications, tenancy agreements, rent and arrears automation, maintenance workflows, inspections, and RTA-aware compliance — all on top of automated trust accounting with owner and tenant portals. Agencies scaled their portfolios without adding admin staff.

The challenge

Property-management agencies were stitching together a listing tool, a spreadsheet, an email inbox, and a separate trust-accounting package — with compliance dates tracked by memory. Errors in trust accounting are a regulatory nightmare, arrears chasing was inconsistent, and every new property added admin load. They needed one platform that handled the messy end-to-end reality of NZ property management, trust accounting included, without a fragile pile of integrations.
