About the project

Kōwhai Property is an Auckland real-estate agency listing dozens of homes a week. Writing compelling, accurate listing copy — plus social captions and portal descriptions — was eating agents’ evenings and quality varied wildly. We built a generative-AI listing engine: agents enter the property facts, and the system drafts a polished listing description, social captions, an email blast, and open-home copy in the agency’s voice, enhances the hero photos, and syndicates everything to TradeMe Property and realestate.co.nz. Agents review and publish in minutes instead of hours.

The challenge

Kōwhai's agents were spending two to three hours per listing writing descriptions, captions, and portal copy — often late at night — and quality swung between brilliant and rushed. Generic AI writers produced bland, samey copy and sometimes invented features that weren't there, a real risk under NZ fair-trading rules. They needed generation that was fast, on-brand, and safely grounded in the actual property facts.
